Our products are created to enhance your hair health. If you have pre existing ailments and may be concerned consult with your physician first. But no they don't cause harm.

FOR HAIR TEXTURES 1A-2C

Apply to your scalp and the ends of your hair BEFORE every shampoo. Cover with a plastic cap for a minimum of 45 mins. The longer the better. Then shampoo your hair to remove the product and style as desired.

FOR HAIR TEXTURES 2C TO 4C

1.) There are multiple ways to use this product. Apply to scalp once a day everyday or every other day for best results.

2.) Apply to scalp everyday or every other day when wearing protective styles (sewing, braids, locs, etc.) This product works great with protective styles.

3.) You can also deep condition with this product by applying it to your scalp and the ends of your hair AFTER shampooing. Cover with a plastic cap for a minimum of 25 mins. The longer the better. Then SHAMPOO your hair to remove the product and style as desired. It will leave your hair super silky.

4.) You can also leave the product on your scalp when you just want to apply it to the areas that are thinning and or balding.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect

Standard International Shipping is 8-20 business days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. During peak periods(includes flash sales, and seasonal discount sales), please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

*Orders placed on Fridays' will not begin the dispatch process listed above (in most cases) until the following Monday (Business Day).

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

*Customer is responsible for any fees associated with customs/duties/VAT.

You will receive an email updating you with the tracking number(s) for your order. This does NOT mean your order has shipped, it means our fulfillment team has generated your shipping label(s) and are processing your order for shipment.

Please give up to 3 business days (6 days if you purchased during our flash sale or seasonal discount promotion) after receiving your tracking number(s) to see your package in the track your order page at our menu.

returns terms and conditions

Please make sure that the hair system, medical wig and traditional wig you desire to purchased is what you want. Once ordered there will be no refunds.

We are not the manufacturer of our units. Therefore we are not be responsible if you have a reaction to the unit.

After we install your hair system you have one week to address any concerns if you want your concerns to be met.

It is your responsibility to come into the practice every 4-6 weeks for maintenance. If you do not come during this time frame you will be held responsible for any damages.
